Prior to joining Active, Zach was a Sr. Manager at PureSky Energy, a Colorado-based developer and IPP, where he led the execution of project financings totaling $643mm. He started his career in the Energy Corporate & Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo covering a portfolio of 18 publicly-traded upstream oil & gas companies on syndicated corporate credits, acquisition financings, restructured credits, and project-specific financings with commitments ranging from $0.2-4.5 bn. Zach graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Finance and a minor in Mathematics from the Mays College of Business at Texas A&M University.
